She brings 20+ years of experience producing everything from feature documentaries, TV shows, and commercials to video games, websites, events, festivals, art installations, conceptual art, immersive experiences, experimental films, interactive media, out of home, public will, social media and impact-driven marketing campaigns. Her vast experience in marketing and project management coupled with her commitment to making a positive change makes her the ideal driver of any cause-related project that actually aims to move the needle.

PRODUCER

Hannah is an organizer, advocate and storyteller who is devoted to adapting the story to the right medium. Hannah's devoted to audience development, engagement and building relationships, both on and off line. Her 15+ years experience in directing and producing live events gives her extensive knowledge in community building and scaffolding audience engagement for any kind project that needs attention. Hannah is a Fulbright Scholar and National Directing Fellow and is committed to building a more inclusive, sustainable and just world.

CO-PRODUCER

Alexia is a creative producer, visual artist, and performer from Dallas, Texas, residing in Los Angeles since 2001. She spent her early career immersed in the fine art world while working as a teacher, writer, and manager, before ultimately beginning her journey as a multi-hyphenate freelancer in 2012. She has come to appreciate working for and collaborating with woman-founded businesses whose progressive praxis is embedded in both their output and internal relations with employees and contractors.

COORDINATOR AND COPYWRITER

Travis is a a writer and teacher living in Brooklyn. His administrative experience combined with his love of language and storytelling makes him the perfect combo of right and left brain. He keeps Congito projects on track and infuses them with creativity. He takes bad copy and turns it into something interesting so your audience will actually want to read it!

Ana Maria has more than 15 years of experience working with non-profits. She’s a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design. For more than 10 years, she was the senior manager of design and production at the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), where she was part of the team behind the award-winning Associations Now magazine. She’s won multiple Excel Awards from the Associations, Media & Publishing Network as well as several American Graphic Design Awards for publication design and infographics.
